Our riff on an American Lite Lager influenced by the heat of the Deep South and the desire to drink something infinitely clean and crushable.
Mashed with a touch of rice and maize for a snappy finish.
Hopped with Perle in the boil and Citra in the whirlpool.

Copenhagen 7/4 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Red can with a smudgy photo of a generic building.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid.sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patches of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet malty odor singing with bit of freshly ,own grass and Citrus. Sweet pale malts and bread. Lemon. and Lime.
Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A little thin. Finish is rather dry.
Clean and crisp and pretty straight forward.
