Ale brewed with rhubarb and fermented with ale yeast and Brettanomyces.
Beer on draft at Churchkey in DC. Beer is yellow and hazy with a wispy white head of small bubbles, low carbonation, some lacing, low retention.
Aroma is sweet, fruity, a little yeasty with a mild breadiness.
The beer is thin in body and doesn't really taste like a brett beer. The yeast palate is muted, heavily. It is also not as sweet as I was expecting, the finish was a little dry as well. Interesting but I didn't get much fruit out of this beer, I won't have it again.
