WAIT DON'T OPEN THAT BOTTLE!!

Pours a cloudy light amber with fizzy white head and poor retention. Cidery apple up front with a bit of spice and orange peel and coriander. Tiny bit of mint hiding in there as well. Taste follows with cider, and spice. A real jumble of flavors, it's hard to pick them all out, but the cider is really overpowering. It seems too young and needs some time. A little too sweet as well. Mouthfeel is thin and acrid. Overall it's not very good, but I'm not going to kill the rating, assuming that I should have cellared this thing until at least sometime next year. If you've got one, leave it alone, it'll probably get better with some time.

Thanks for sharing, Paul.

Pours a hazy golden orange color with a white head. Really nice spice and yeast aroma to this. Some coriander, white pepper, and nutmeg to go along with lots of fruits such as banana, pear, and apple. Good bread/biscuit malt base to it as well. A bit sweeter than I like my saisons, but really nice. Lots of fruits, sweet malt flavors of bread, and a moderate spiciness. Light yeast, a little citrus hoppiness, and wheat.
