Morsels of Solace is a mixed-culture saison that we have aged 8 months in Family Jones gin barrels then further conditioned on Colorado wildflower honey, juniper berries, & orange peel.
This is the first in our "cocktail inspired" series. The best way to describe this saison is a martini with an orange twist meets a negroni. We hope you like gin.
