Moment in Bloom is a mixed-culture saison aged on Sakura flowers (Cherry Blossoms).
Brewed with spelt, pilsner, & wheat malts then aged in a blend of some of our best barrels & puncheons with Colorado wildflower honey and finally conditioned gently on Sakura flowers from Japan.
