Boundary Bay use to make a dry-hopped version of their ESB called Reefnetter. That beer was dry-hopped with English hops, this beer has been dosed with a healthy blast of various C-hops.
The beer is still the Orange-gold color with white head that it usually is. The aroma had a bright citrus note. On the tongue, those C hops jumped out and grabbed your attention. The body was the same as usual and drinkability got a nice bump, if you're in the mood for hoppy.
There's only a couple of barrels of this beer, so you should try it if you see it. The brewery is .going to releasing a fresh hop version soon, to compare with this dry hop version.
