This is a version of the brewery's ESB that was Wet-hopped with fresh hops grown in the beergarden of the brewery. The hops used for fresh-hopping were mostly Cascade, with a few other varieties in the mix as well.
The basic aspects of the beer weren't changed, and it tasted very similar to the Dry-hopped ESB that was on tap a couple days previously. The fresh hops did add a nice flavor though, and as there were only 7 kegs made (2 went to an event at the College Inn before a UW Husky game) the last 5 will probably only last a week at the brewery. Worth the drive up from the Seattle area to try.
