Looks: A really beautiful reddish brown. Pours into a thick head that quickly flattens into a lingering foam that sticks to the sides of the glass.
Smell: Spicy! Nose fills with the spices of winter, just a touch of maltiness and hoppiness. Your experience may differ, the hot wings near by did bleed in some.
Taste: Tastes very nice, a mild spice with a tang of orange to that same mild hop and malt on the nose. The taste lingers in the mouth some, fading slowly.
Feel: Moderately carbonated, with a pleasant thickness to the feel in the mouth. Bubbles linger on the tongue for moments after the beer. Very pleasant in cold weather.
Overall: A very nice somewhat spicy beer. I'm partial to spiced and fruit beers, so this has a particular edge from the start. Having this with some nice buffalo wings and pizza on a bitterly cold day I highly recommend this.
