Eye Candy: Deep golden/copper color that was slightly translucent. Slight fizzy head that gave way to adequate lacing. Plenty of rising carbonation.
The Nose Knows: Malty nose with a hint of hops.
Tongueland: Rich malt palate with sweet undertones. Taste is balanced with hops to finish dry without an oily hop aftertaste.
Roll Bock is hard to come by as it is a limited seasonal. Available in April/May, perfect transition from the stouts/porters of winter to lighter summer brews.
