Copenhagen 8/2 2024. 33 cl bottle from Beershoppen webshop. Off-white label with the name of beer and brewery in red.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin remnants of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a yeasty yet tart scent. Peach and apricot. Citrus and sour cheese. Hints of black pepper.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and watery.
Refreshing but a bit on the thin side.
