Every sip leaves you wanting more – our ERDINGER Weissbier with fine yeast is the crowning glory of traditional Bavarian brewing skills.
The strength of this classic wheat beer lies in the harmonious balance it achieves between the various aromas. Gently spicy wheat and yeast aromas blend with mildly bitter hops. The invigorating carbon dioxide ensures its typical liveliness. A premium beer whose full-bodied yet elegant character leaves a lasting impression of ultimate Bavarian enjoyment. A truly unique wheat beer!
ERDINGER Weissbräu allows its top-fermenting specialty to mature in the bottle in the traditional manner, just like champagne. This wheat beer from Erding offers more than just sparkling refreshment – it gives a true taste of Bavaria.

Best before end December 2026 - enjoyed on March 1st, 2026. Poured from a 500mL bottle into my Ayinger Weißbier glass.
Hazy Naples yellow body with golden highlights and a fat papaya whip crown. Thick even lacing; excellent retention.
Lightly phenolic aromatics with peppercorn, lemon pith, and wheat. Subdued but inoffensive.
Sweet palate entry with honey, citrus, and a slightly metallic lager flavor. Mild, clean, but persistent bitterness. Faint bubblegum and green plantain in the medium-dry finish.
Creamy yet well carbonated and refreshing.
A decent, balanced wheat beer, though not as good as the best examples of the style.

From a 4 pack of pint cans. Poured into a hefeweizen glass. Not as highly rated as other hefeweizens but there is something about it that brings me back as my go-to/favorite. Might be the nostalgia of drinking it on tap in Germany, might be that my favorite glass is stamped with the Erdinger label. Might be the fact that it has just enough hoppiness that it reminds me a bit of a discontinued beer (Sweetwater Cryo-hopped) that I really enjoyed.

Hard to find much not to like about this "classic wheat beer," as it is advertised. Great taste, consistent and it is right on the tail of the country's best Hefeweizen, the big Dub! I think the best endorsement I could give this beer is I took it to a tailgate before a sporting event recently and my millennial son and his friend dusted off my four pack before I could consider grabbing one for myself! This beer is solid and a nice switch from your daily or weekly pub draw.

Can, Sep 2025. Poured into weissbier glass with adequate head. Less banana flavors but truly an iconic sweet taste and feel even from a can. Hard to rate one of my all-time favorites with objectivity, but it’s worth a try. Cheers!

Not too bitter in flavor, for sure easy. A damn good weisbier. Absolutely fantastic ice cold.

A bit more bitter than I would've liked it to be, but still pretty good nonetheless
For my first "traditional" wheat beer, I will say that I liked it more than Blue Moon, and I DEFINITELY liked it a whole HELL of a lot more than Hoegaarden lmao
