Pale Ale

Hazy, dirty gold color. Small but foamy head. It eventually settles to rim bubbles and leaves a couple of random streaks on the glass.

Dry and earthy aroma, like freshly tilled soil.

This is a dry pale ale which brings out the bitterness of the hop. Like most beers in Japan, the carbonation runs high here but the body holds its own. The pale malt start is brief with the earthy flavors. The hop is straight up black pepper bitter that culminates in a long aftertaste.
