Tasted on tap at the brewery taproom in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Very pale straw color and clear. Thick white head. Very little aroma, just faint lemon and yeastiness; very odd for an IPA. Odd, muted flavors too. Some light, fresh lemon or lemongrass over a very light body, reminding me of a Gose. Extra-mild tartness over a clean, dry finish. No hops bitterness of note. I don't know how to characterize this beer, but Sour IPA doesn't seem to match for me. Much closer to a Gose. Drinkable, non-offensive and good, if a bit strange.
