The first beer that has been being made since the establishment of Kanazawa Brewery. The fruity aroma created by fresh ale yeast and the richness created by luxuriously used malt and hops give it a deep taste. Please also enjoy the gorgeous fragrance. It is an all-round beer that goes well with any dish with a moderate bitterness.

Light amber to darker gold color and nearly clear. Decent head from the bottle pour. Some chunky streaks are left behind after each sip.
Strong semisweet caramel aroma. There's a light floral smell coming from the hop. Nice blend.
A bit watery which is magnified by the lower carbonation level. While the smell reminds me of English Pale Ales, the taste is American with a strong bittering hop presence. The pale malt isn't completely lost but it does play a minor role. The finish is like black pepper which leaves a longer lasting aftertaste.
