Crystal clear gold color. Modest bar-poured head but the foam lasts. Thin 3D streaks and spots left on the glass.
Excellent banana and clove aroma. One of the better wheat smelling beers.
Wheaty and salty with a decent bittering hop finish. The body and carbonation are typical of the style—neutral body and elevated effervescence. The aftertaste lasts with a blend of bitterness and wheat malt flavors. In all, this is one of the finer Saisons I've had and the salt adds to the complexity.
