Small head that fades completely leaving no bubbles and no lace. The liquid is hazy straw colored.
The smell is soft and leans to the pale (Pilsner?) malt. The hop is flowery but faint. There’s a bit of skunk to the nose even though this was a draft beer.
The taste starts with the soft lightly toasted malt but gives way to a biting, unsubtle hop bitterness. Not extreme but not a typical pils either.
