A hint of light passes along the edge off the glass through the dark brown color. Small initial head which left some slippery streaks. It settled to rim bubbles and provided no lasting lace thereafter.

Semisweet chocolate with light coffee and cream.

Lots of hot chocolate flavor. Fairly rich body, almost like a milk stout without the sweetness. The finish is similar to carbonated chocolate milk. Nearly no coffee not burnt malt flavors. Better described as a Chocolate Porter.
