Can: Poured a golden color beer with a medium size white foamy head with light retention and some minor lacing notes. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes with some hints of honey, Taste is also dominated by sweet wheat malt with some honey notes. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Not bad but a bit too sweet.

Single, 12 ounce can copped in East Orange. Pours a golden, hazy hue with minimal frothing. Flavor comparable to green grapes and ripe melon. Refreshing.

Blue Moon isn't epic stuff to start with. Adding honey just makes a bad situation worse. Any redeeming wheat character is gone and all that's left is a syrupy, corny tasting mess. Just don't.

473 mL can from the LCBO; coded B27124 and served slightly chilled. Labelled as "Belgian Moon" and brewed by Molson for the Canadian market.

Pours a bright, sunny golden-yellow colour with brilliant clarity, topped with approximately one inch of soapy, foamy white head. It wilts within a matter of minutes, soon reduced to a tight, frothy collar and filmy cap; not much lace, but it looks alright. I do get a little bit of honey sweetness on the nose, but beyond that it's just graininess and hints of bready wheat, much like any other bog standard pale wheat ale.

It's an unremarkable, bare bones honey beer - not a whole lot to say about this one, really. Honey and bubblegum at the forefront, with more of a wheaty, grainy pale malt character throughout the rest of the sip; hints of honey and grassiness fade into the aftertaste. Light in body, with moderate carbonation levels that lend a little bit of crispness to this brew's smooth, satisfying mouthfeel. Very easy to gulp back; several of these in a row would present no issue at all.

Final Grade: 3.37, a B-. Blue Moon Honey Daze is some real basic stuff, but it's still genuinely sessionable and totally inoffensive. The 'level' of honey flavour is about right for me: if there were any more it might potentially get cloying, while any less would practically eliminate it as a factor at all. This beer would be fine if you're seeking out a slightly sweeter-than-average macro wheat/blonde ale that can be consumed en masse, and I'd drink it happily if someone handed me a can. I might buy it again, but I'd really need to be in the mood for something light, sweet, and chuggable.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of grains, honey. Taste is the same as the aroma but less pronounced. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer that is a good thirst quencher on a warm summer day.

Tastes weak with no real honey taste until after you finish the can. It tastes like a light beer. I don’t really smell the honey either. Goes down easy on a Summer day.

Pours a nice solid gold colour, perfectly clear, but headless. The smell is of grains perhaps a bit of hops. The taste is quite nice, muted honey and hops notes makes for a sweetish brew perfect for a hot summer backyard party. Mouthfeel is a bit sticky but otherwise pretty nice

Honestly this was pretty good, nothing special but definitely wouldn't complain if offered to me or anything like that, honey is more of an undertone but still an easy drinking wheat ale.

I was expecting the honey to be the dominant note, but it’s only somewhat detected in the after taste of the beer. It has a rich carbonation which somewhat makes up for it. Nothing really to distinguish it from inexpensive wheat beers. Not a beer I’d regularly seek out.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, very slowly fading over time to leave a touch of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a grainy smell mixed with some caramel and a touch of honey. Along with these smells comes a little bit of an orange smell and a little bit of clove and coriander.
Taste – The taste starts with a grainy wheat backbone flavor that has a little bit of caramel sweetness and a touch of honey. The honey grows a little bit stronger as the taste advances, but never gets too big, just adding a very subtle backdrop flavor. All while the honey gets a touch stronger, other flavors of orange and some spice of clove come to the tongue. With a touch of lemongrass and hay at the very end, one is left with a lightly sweetened wheaty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium to light with a carbonation level that is on the average to slightly higher side. For the lower abv, and the more moderate flavors of the brew the feel is good and makes for a rather easy sipper.
Overall – An alright brew. I prefer their honey moon over this one (hope they still continue making that), but overall its OK.

Blue Moon Honey Daze, got it in a 12 mix pack.

Look: Crips golden color with slow bubble going up. Kind of boring to look at.

Smell: A touch of honey, wheat, cereals.

Taste: Wheat and cereal but, where the F is the honey ?? This is watery Coors light right now...

Feel: Light mouthfeel, light to medium carbonation. Goes down really easy. The honey is just a bit present after 5 min you drink it. But what a let down.

So overall would I recommend it ? No, it has a bit more taste than a Coors light but honetly there are almost the same. I am very disapointed. Buy the Blue Moon Light Sky instead. It has 4% alcohol and it taste 10 times better than this

Would I buy it ? Sure, cuz I will probably buy an other 12 mix pack of it but if it was single by itself, NAH

12oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a very small, white head of bubbly foam. It left very little lace on the glass. It smelled of honey, honey and more honey. Very sweet tasting with honey, caramel and subtle wheat flavors.
