Once brewed by the farmers of northern France. Light, bright, and refreshing. Made with a special saison yeast blend and hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops. With notes of white pepper, lemongrass, and gooseberries. Low ABV farmhouse ales were the best way to quench the thirst after a long day in the fields of France.

16oz can with no date, purchased at the brewery 7-5-25. Opened 7-7-25.
1 finger white head with decent retention and full lacing. Golden body that starts out hazy and clears some as it warms.
Aromas of yeast, spice, lemon, herbs, tea...very nice.
Zesty flavors of grapefruit, lemon, and pepper.
Light body with medium carbonation. Tart and dry finish. Tons of flavor at 3.3%.
Very Good.
