Ambreus Oude Geuze is a combination of 3 separate lambics that have matured in Italian and French oak barrels. After the first maturation in barrels, we select 1,2 & 3 year old lambics of each type. This selection is bottled and after a spontaneous fermentation the old gueuze is ready for consumption.
