Local Saison 5.5% — Brewed with malt from Valley Malt in Holyoke and hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield. Crisp, with aromas of pear and clove from Belgian yeast, slight rye spice, and highlights of citrus and herbal hop notes. Refreshingly dry and nuanced.
