Copenhagen 4/4 2020. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery webshop. Green and black label stating the name and brewery of the beer. And that it is a part of a "Ultra Small Batch Brewing Series".
Pours hazy, golden yellow with big chunks of yeast whirling around. Small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, sourish and tart with a subtle sweet maltiness. Light sweet pale malts with hints of caramel. But odor is dominated by a strong tart, citric streak.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness and a strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a while. Finish is dry and vinous.
Deliberately unbalanced. Reminds me a bit of a sour Italian white wine - but that is quite ok when the sun is shining outside.
