This beer brags its use of potatoes in the brewing process. I think i remember them claiming that 54% malt, the rest potatoes. I did not know whether to have this a pale lager or a vegetable beer.
Intense slightly off-white head, orange amber body.
Surprisingly hoppy and floral aroma. Maybe this will taste good!?!?!?
Tastes like really nicely herbed raw potatoes. A potato-y roughness comes out in mid palate. This is a great success for a weird brew, but that is all it is, a weird brew.
