Pours a semi clear orange with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberries, rose water, white wine, lime, Seville oranges and some oak.
Taste is tart and slightly floral with notes of raspberries, white wine, rose petals, lavender, Seville oranges, lime and oak with a hint of bitterness and a vinous finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a terrific sour with a very interesting flavor profile.
