This is their light lager, unfiltered, with fresh local strawberries.

A: Cloudy, dirty straw with a thin ring of head.

S: Hint of berry with a floral hop spicing.

T: We really need more unfiltered lagers. There was a light berry flavour to this, but I was really digg'n the light sulfury notes from the yeast, the quality pilsner malt and the nobel hopping.

M: Light body is very smooth.

D: I could drink gallons of this on a hot patio!

Too bad they didn't have their Pils unfiltered! Zwickel, Keller, Ungespundet, whatever you want to call it, we need more lagers that aren't stripped of their flavour!

On cask at the Summer Victory Cafe festival. George dropped a bunch of fresh local strawberries into this light beer.

Pours a hazy light golden, some straw yellow, little chunks of fruit floating around, medium sized white head forms, few lace spots stick, thing ring and good retention. Smell is great, the best natural strawberry aroma I've smelled in a beer, some light floral and fruitiness, lightly malty, a touch of toast, some honey sweetness. Taste is nice, dry and biscuity, some honey sweetness, bready, light on flavour, not a lot of strawberry there but quite enjoyable. Mouthfeel is light bodied with low carbonation, super drinkable. This is a great experiment, strawberry aroma was fantastic. One of my favorites that day.

Having tried this beer today at the Victory Cafe in Toronto, Ontario, I have to say that it was quite pleasant and unoffensive. The Aroma was delicate and smelled of fresh strawberries. The taste was not to sweet, nor bitter, it left a sort of a floral taste on the palette and was enjoyable and refreshing. Overall, a great beer. The table i was sitting at, mostly males, also enjoyed it as well. Which is surprising, seeing how most fruit beers are considered a feminine choice. Great Job Stone Hammer!

This brewery has had some drinkable beers before, so I tried it at the Victory cask fest. It was very yellow, neutral aroma, some artificial strawberry taste inside of a light blond style. Middling mouthfeel, could be a tad of yeast there. An unoffensive chick beer. So-so.
