I liked the attempt at something different, and encourage veteran brewers. On cask at Bar Volo Cask Days 2010. Reddish tinge to the body. Vegetable and spicy nose. Soapy head. CInammon and borsht, and the two don't work for me. Not so drinkable sorry. How about some chile next time?
