I had this beer on-tap in a schooner glass at the brewery in Shelton.
Appearance: dark gold hue with just a little dash of haze and a finger of dark ivory foam atop.
Smell: a bit of yeastiness up front followed by some nice caramel malt character. I like it.
Taste: caramelly, slightly toasty and biscuity malt, with a light bitterness and a nice mild noble hop character. Quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: very solid and quite drinkable Vienna lager. Happy to quaff this one!
