Dry, light, light and refreshing with a fruity taste. Belgian ale fermented at high temperatures with Belle Saison, hopped with Perle and Hallertauer Tradition and flavored with orange peel. The season starts. With a touch of sunshine, small talk, the joy of reunion and expectations. The sky seems endless and the fjord lies at your feet.

Copenhagen 3/1 2019. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly, Falkoner Allé, Frb. C. Røde Ports usual design with a porter in white lines this time with an old farmhouse in blue and green colors as background.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, citric, sour and a little spicy. Citrus, lemon. Unripe berries. Slightly perfumed. Black pepper and cloves.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed and balanced by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sourish and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice take on a Saison finding a good balance between the citric sour and spicy. Good one.
