Hazy, white/yellow color. Bog, white head with good retention. Bread, yeasts, and dough in the aroma. moderately sweet, "bready" taste. Well balanced. Surprisingly good, "white" version of kvas.

1,5 liter PET bottle, from Internasjonalt Matsenter, Hillevåg. Hazy and very pale greenish-grey straw colour, small white head. Aroma of citrus and herbs. Thin mouthfeel. Citric and wheaty flavour, hints of herbs and lemongrass, not too sweet, refreshing.
