Brewed with native Pilsner and spelt malt grown in the loamy soils of southwest Minnesota, and fermented with wild yeast harvested from the historic 1900s beer caves beneath our city, Cellar Bier is a living tribute to the Midwest. This heritage lager is crisp and grounded, with a smooth malt backbone and delicate notes of wildflower, honey, and timeworn stone. Clean yet characterful, it’s made for everything Minnesota: from lake days and bonfires to snowdrifts and supper clubs.
