This mixed culture saison is brewed with native spelt and floor malted Pilsner with a unique saison strain from the Wallonia region. Aged for a minimum of 3 months on oak and wild yeast, the resulting beer is citrusy and floral with earthy and over ripe pineapple undertones. It’s great now but will age further in the can.
