This Mexican-style lager comes from our pilot brewery at the Leinie Lodge and is light and crisp with a hint of sweetness. The perfect amount of lime flavor adds a burst of acidity with perceived saltiness to deliver a very refreshing sip.

Interesting take on a "mexican lager",
lime isn't overpowering and a very drinkable beer. Probably more enjoyable on a hot summer day
Update, hot day in the yard, just had a second can, the hint of salt is a welcome change up for your palate with a nice finish.
Probably just a notch below Dogfishheads. But at 12.99 a twelve pack ( a sale/special), well worth it.

Amazing lime beer. No overwhelming lime, great smell and great flavor. I think they did a great job on this and could arguably be better than thier summer shandy. Perfect for winter, spring, summer and fall. Anytime u want. Try it, u will be somewhat impressed

I've seen way better lime lagers, they got the smell right, but the beer itself is just plain and boring, without any of the crispiness you expect from a summer lager.

Leinie Lodge Lime pours a clean, copper-colored beer with a medium-sized, long-lasting head. The aroma is very weak, with just hints of lime. The flavor has a nice grain sweetness and a hint of lime mixed in. Good feel. Overall, it's a nice beer; nothing stands out as too strong, and it all comes together nicely.

12 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Appearance is a clear straw yellow with a sudsy head. Aroma and flavor are a straightforward lager with noticeable but not overwhelming lime. No off flavors. Simple, but it does the job.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours yellow orange with a small white head. Smells of lime and salt. Tastes of lime and salt with just a hint of sweet grain. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, fizzy head of foam. Minimal lacing. It smelled of lime, caramel and bread crust. Sweet caramel taste with a lime zest and low bitterness.

Aroma is strong lemon/lime/kind of soda like and grains. The flavor is strong lime/lemon/slight soda, malts/big grains and a mildly sweet/smooth finish.
