An aroma of slightly crisp, fruity notes with hints of spicy pepper. A dry taste with medium-low body, subtle herbal and floral notes, peppery spice and soft malt backbone. The french saison yeast used in this beer really gives it the mouth drying and peppery spice, very true to style for a Saison.
