I drank this one fresh at the source in October 2025.
L: Served in a tall glass fresh from the tap, presenting a beautiful, clear golden yellow with a large, rocky head. A veritable herd of bubbles winds its way up the glass.
S: As expected: a classic sweet, bready, and crackery pilsner nose.
T: Bready, sweet and ultra clean, but missing that touch of bitterness that would otherwise make this a great beer.
M: Soft, well-carbonated, fresh and crisp.
O: A tasty and smashable beer that ticks almost all of the pilsner boxes.
