Very nice saison. Batch 1 was good, but batch 2 seems to have even slightly better balance and depth. Light lemon, hay, touch of hops, dry, very slight funk.

This is my first farmhouse ale. It had a definite sour tone, which I don't mind. I don't know if I would call myself a fan of saisons, but I certainly enjoyed this.
