Appearance: Hazy gold color, with frothy white head, good retention.
Aroma: Has a note of funk. Some banana. Fruity esters. Yeasty.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Sour & tart on the frontend. Sweet on the backend. Moderately bitter.
Mouth-feel: Light bodied. Moderately carbonated. Finishes semi-sweet lip smacking tart.
Overall: This style is definitely not in my wheelhouse; but Creature made a very unique, interesting offering with Common Things. You get the funky, tart Farmhouse Ale characteristics balanced by sweetness from honey. This beer is a very cool collaboration with the local university. Honey from the University of Georgia honey bee program is used. It also feature Styrian Golding and Cascade hops. I like it for a change of pace. Comes in a 500ml bottle.

750ml bottle - $13.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Batch 2.
Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy, light golden body with an initially foamy, white head. Thin lace sheeting.
Smell: Tart-scented, soundly farmhouse funky with lemony accents, dry white wine, meadowflowers, springtime sweat, orchard fruits and a very subtle honey undertone.
Taste: Again - tart - with citrus (lemon-grapefruit), florals and rustic apple. Subtly malty, sourish eliciting a nibble of pungent cheese with a perceived saltiness. Just a faint hint of the honey. Agreeably acidic. Unwaveringly dry at the soft, tart finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Solid, drinkable.

Thank you JBowenGeorgia for this
750 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- A slightly hazy golden straw with three finger white head.
S- Tart, lemons, honey, grapes, band-aids, some funk. Definitely has a mead like quality to it.
T- Tart, lemons, funky, a little earthy, peppercorns, some honey.
M- Smooth, light body, dry.
O- A good saison but the nose is a lot better than the taste.
