Copenhagen 29/4 2022. 75 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-sho. Water color painting I light green, yellow and a bit of red showing the way from Georgia to Ohio by sunrise.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a strong, tart, sour scent. Sweet red grapes. Citrus, esters and tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and a bit sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is sour and dry.
Tart and fruity.

Shared bottle, loads of citrus, layers is zest, grassy and floral. Oaky barrel flavor blends things together nicely. Soft, moderate carbonation.

Pours a slightly hazed golden yellow with a finger of white head that dissipated fairly quicky.
Smells of ripe peach, light funk, white oak.
Taste follows, slightly tart, a bit of lemon, peach, apricot, light funk.
Medium body, smooth, good carb level.
Overall a tasty saison and nicely executed colab.
