A mixed culture saison with honey, blueberries & raspberries brewed collaboration with our friends at Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery.
We greatly admire Indian Ladder's farming initiative and wanted to celebrate their crops through this beer. The barley, hops, and fruit used in this beer are all estate-grown at Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery.
To add our local flavor, we also used DaySpring Farms wheat, local honey, and our house culture to create this lightly fruited & delicious saison.

Appearance: Pours a clear pink color with a modest head that disappears; negligible lacing
Smell: Hard to detect the blueberry and raspberry here; more yeast-driven than anything
Taste: Light phenols with hints of the blueberry and raspberry; the back end brings out the honey
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I didn't particularly care for how the honey impacted this brew
