Appearance: Lightly hazed, yellow-golden body. Very slightly effervescent. Medium-sized, white head.
Smell: A little wheat, bready barley with a lactic sourness amidst soapy florals, tart lemon, herb.
Taste: Light wheat turns to a strong herbal, floral presence. A few teensy flecks of rock candy sweetness. Lychee, white wine, lemon and chamomile. Sustained lactic quality. Touch of anise. A zip of tangy fruity florals on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: Flashes of gruit.
