Appearance: Hazy, straw gold. Fluffy white head with good retention
Aroma: Funky, yeasty aroma.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Dry. Grassy & earthy. Sour note. Low bitterness.
Mouth-Feel: Light to medium bodied, low carbonation
Overall: Very interesting, different beer. Funky. The pour produces a big fluffy white head we very good retention. Light on the palate with a noticeable, but not intrusive bitterness. Noticeable bitterness. Noticeable sourness. It's a little funky, weird at first, but grows on you a bit.
