Available on cask at Creature Comforts Brewery in Athens, Georgia.
Appearance: Fairly bright, orange-amber hue with a wispy, whitish head. Lovely lacing.
Smell: Lightly bready pale malts with a sharp snap from a grassy, herbal tone and slight hint of citrus.
Taste: Bready maltiness with a small backing of crisped grains. Minimal sweetness. As with the aroma, it's got a pungent floral, grassy, herbal kick to it and a pop of curt bitterness. Sustained herbal bitterness through the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Light carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.
