Appearance: Slightly hazed, dark amber-hued body with a thin, ivory-hued head. Minimal lace.
Smell: Toasty, a little bit nutty with torched raw sugars and a modicum of finely-ground spices.
Taste: Toasted bread, nutty with a slight, delicate sweetness. Earthy potato quality. Small touch of vanilla creme infused with restrained cinnamon, nutmeg. Drying, thinning finish with a light, lingering spiciness.
Mouthfeel: Leans on the lighter side of medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.
