Crop Colors is a series that reflects a melange of Southern crops and wild beer from our barrel cellar. This iteration has the warm glow of dawn from the use of Yonah Mtn. grape skins, Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill strawberries, and 3 Porch Farm lavender.

Appearance: Orangey-bronze tinted concoction with an off-white, lasting head.
Smell: Funky, sweaty barnyard aromatics and a hunk of bleu cheese. Orange wine with lightly jammy strawberry. Not pulling out too much lavendar either in the aroma or flavor.
Taste: A little bit sweet, a little bit sour and even a little bit salty. Tangy fruitiness of strawberry and grape must. Sweetness adhering to the mouth-coating quality is akin to white 7-minute frosting. Never strays too far towards being overly sweet or sour, leaving it nicely quaffable.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Tongue-coating mouthfeel.
Overall: Fairly pleasant.
