This classic saison is a throwback to the farmhand beverage you'd be itching to grab just when the day is done. Reminisce on the previous sip while looking forward to the next one and expect a lightly sweet, subtly bitter taste with gentle mineral and a somewhat tingling mouthfeel.

Yeasty, lightly spiced, peppery. No, not Tabasco on sourdough, rather this well-crafted saison. In my opinion, no one will ever top Saison DuPont in brewing a classic saison, bit this is an admirable attempt.
