Evening Crossword is an homage to our brewers father who loved to do a crossword puzzle every night. This unique beer is akin to a dessert wine and has distinctive notes of chocolate covered cherries, leather, tobacco, and toffee. Think of this beer as you would a port of madeira.

Blood red purple mud with a few bubbles on top, but no real head.
Huge grape aroma with some musty mushroom basement, custard and a hint of red currant. Very sweet tasting with caramel, grape kool aid, candied orange peel, dry red wine, port and a hint of funky must. Thick, syrupy feel. Interesting!
