This golden-yellow beer specialty is infused with aromatic hemp blossoms. With its full, slightly sweet body and the subtle, herbal hemp note in the finish, this beer offers a truly unique taste experience. Definitely worth a try!

Poured from 330mL bottle into my Higgins Ale Works tulip. Best by 1/15/26.
Appearance: medium orange hue with a moderate haze and two fingers of pillowy ivory foam which leave a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: moderately sweet malt with a very earthy character and a rather weed-like aroma, which I suppose is no surprise. It’s actually not bad, but the hemp aroma is definitely evocative.
Taste: earthy and herbal, that’s for sure! To me, it’s not quite as weed-ey as the smell, but still the flavor is unmistakable. I don’t dislike it, but it would not be my first choice for a, hmm, “herbal” beer, so to speak.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer isn’t necessarily for me, but I won’t deny it could have its audience. It seems like hanfbier is a real thing, so maybe there are lots of people out there who enjoy it, and I just need to give it more of a chance. But for now, I’ll call this beer decent, but not something I’d seek out.
