Cerbiatto is a Huell Melon Saison-style beer. It combines the typical fruity and spicy character of this beer with the pleasant aroma of Huell Melon (DE) hops. Dry, refreshing, and distinctly effervescent.

Międzywodzie 30/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Auchan near Gdansk. Drawing of some kind of Zombie Deer with white, blank eyes on the very brown label.
Pours hazy, murky orange with a big yellowish head. Settles as big lump of foam - 5 cm thick - proudly crowning the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fruity, acerbic and a little dampened by the foam. Gooseberries, sour Green Apples and Citrus. Acidic notes. Lightly spicy with a touch of Black pepper.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger acerbic, sour citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers shortly.
Solid Saison with a nice sour vibe. Could use a little spicy kick as it gets a bit one-dimensional.
