16 ounce can, no dating that I could find on the label or can. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a Teku glass, the beer pours a hazy dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like grapefruit, peppery spice, honeydew melon, orange peel and some breadiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some lemon peel, coriander and earthy flavors. Seems like an IPA/saison hybrid to me. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and smooth with a good amount of soft carbonation. I liked this one, definitely worth a try!

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled funky with caramel, toffee and yeastiness. Sweet fruity taste with caramel, toffee and a funky bite.

Can. Hazy pale straw like an NEIPA with island and lace. Lemon pepper melon and grassy aroma. Fruity peach apricot grapefruit with grapefruity hop finish. Soft body fairly light for abv. Definitely an NEsaison, but still good in it's own right.

Aroma is citrus, bready malts, Belgian yeast and piney hops. The flavor is fruit/dark fruit/citrus, malts and a hoppy/slight honey sweet/dryish almost to slightly puckering finish.

Pours a HAZY ORANGE with thick white foam. Smells like orange peel and citrus. No sourness in sight. Taste opens up once again, like a hazy, hoppy, citrus rind IPA, but as it develops there's some fun honey, pepper, coriander ish, and bubblegum sort of flavors that redeem this beer. Overall, it's tasty, but completely off expectations.
Abomination knocks it out of the park with IPAs and this one would be good if it was marketed for what it is: a golden ale inspired hazy IPA. I took off a lot of points for being confused and sort of let down.
It's definitely Belgian, it just doesn't look or particularly smell like it. Gets a lot of points for the tasty flavor though.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter this "double Belgian-style saison" pours
a hazed pale yellow with a dash of orange marmalade with a nice head of
white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty/clumping layer, and sports some
nice light lacing. Nose of mango, orange zest, lemon zest, light melon, subtle breaded
notes, and spicy white pepper. Flavors follow the nose with melon, light breaded malts,
cracker, lemon zest with a touch of pith, orange zest, and white pepper notes. Mouth
feel is medium teetering towards medium light, soft light carbonation, smooth, and finishing
with a dry lightly spicy note.
Overall, a unique hybrid that is more akin to a double hazy ipa with a dash of white pepper.
Unique....but not really a saison.
Cheers
