It pours a clear, pale golden body and a small, white head is presence. Fruity, syrupy-sweet aroma, peaches, banana and yellow apples. Sweet and thin on the palate, watery actually. The flavor is as the aroma, weak and fruity, with the same peaches, banana and yellow apples. Quite sugary sweet. A hint of bitterness is detected, mostly shows up towards the seconds .

Served in a bottle at Quanjude in Beijing, China.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy bright white head that quickly reduces to a tiny patch of extremely thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Very light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Mild aromas of malts with some notes of rice and corn. Nothing offensive though slightly sweet - expected some skunk notes because of the clear glass but was pleasantly surprised to not find them

T: Like the smell, the taste is quite mild with some light hints of malts, corn, and rice. Very little bitterness though not overly sweet either.

M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation.

O: Easy to drink and refreshing on a warm Beijing evening - paired very nicely with the roasted duck.
