Pours a clear golden color with a short white head that settles into a light ring. 3.5
The aroma is sweet and herbaceous. Nice subtle sage and rosemary. Some clove from the yeast but it takes a backseat to the herbs. Nice bright aroma. 4
The taste starts off with a light tart malt and lemon. The herbs come in with the sage and rosemary standing out. The clove notes from the yeast blends well with the herbs. A bit of pepper in the finish. 4.25
The feel is light to moderate with prickly carbonation. Sweet on the palate but the herbs provide an offset. The malt is fairly dry. Drinks well. 4.25
